Biography
Tara is a senior corporate lawyer with a broad range of experience in the private representation of corporate, institutional and individual clients on domestic and multi-jurisdictional matters ranging from complex mergers and acquisitions, development and execution of complicated plans of strategic corporate reorganizations to strategic alliances and joint ventures (with a particular focus on international joint venture formation and management) and matters pertaining to general corporate governance. She also focuses on transactional matters relating to the sports, media, lottery and entertainment industries.”
