We also provide information sessions and training on the expungement process, advocating for reforms and policy changes to enhance access and efficiency in New Jersey’s expungement process. What to Expect After Reaching Out

If you reach out for assistance, you will receive an email or call back within 48 hours to respond to an inquiry and gather the necessary information. Depending on demand and capacity, you may have to wait several months for your case to be accepted.

Once Your Case Has Been Accepted

If we accept your case, you will be assigned to a team of law students. Our law students will be closely supervised to ensure that you are receiving high-quality legal services.
