Stanley Kolodziejczak

 

   Stanley currently assists PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP with its internal tax and partner matters involving both domestic and international issues.  Stanley has over thirty five years of business, tax and accounting experience and spent ten years as Co-Chair of the Law Firm Services practice.  Stanley’s current experience is working with the leadership of PwC to face the challenges of growth in a changing global market. Stanley focuses on tax structuring, compensation, partner taxation, tax compliance and reporting.  In addition to advising PwC on tax matters concerning the Firm and its partners, Stanley continues to serves many of PwC's largest law firm clients including UK clients on specific and complex issues including cross border mergers and expansion.  Stanley is an author of Law Firm Accounting and Financial Management Stanley is a member of the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bar.  He is a Certified Public Accountant in New Jersey and Pennsylvania and New York, and is also a Certified Management Accountant.  Stanley is a member of the American and New Jersey Institutes of Certified Public Accountants, as well as the American and Philadelphia Bar Associations. Stanley received his Bachelor’s degree in accounting from Rutgers in 1984 and his Juris Doctorate from Rutgers in 1990.  Stanley went on to receive his Masters in Law in Taxation from New York University in 1994.  stanley.kolodziejczak@us.pwc.com
